It's Friday- Food and Wine pairings!
Having friends over for dinner and always wondering what type of wine would pair well with your courses?
Wonder no more, try these pairings and you will be fine every time!

Beef
CABERNET- The cab can handle the beef's heaviness.
Veal
PINOT NOIR- The red and black fruit flavors are a natural for veal.
Chicken
PINOT GRIGIO- Perfect for this easygoing grape.
Lamb
ZINFANDEL- Rich lamb is just right for this wine(grape) which can be a bit over the top.
Pork
SYRAH- Syrah runs the gamut from intense to heavy. They work well together.
Asian
RIESLING- High acidity makes it a super match for Asian cuisines.
