I found these great matchups in a Rachael Ray issue from last year.
Turkey and Stuffing dinner- Serve Pinot Noir. It will not overpower the taste of turkey.
A Vegetarian meal- Sparkling White Wine which has a bready taste. Good for vegetables.
A Pasta Meal- Albarino, A Spanish white wine with high acidity that complements tomato sauce.
Smoked Meats and Cheese Spread- A Bitter and slightly sweet India Pale Ale. It can stand up to cured meals without overwhlming soft cheeses.
